These photos were created in the Fall 2006 semester, documenting Jewish life on the CCNY campus.

In the photo above are rabbi Shaya Gansbourg, his son Yossel, CCNY Chabad club
president Marshall Levy, and I complete the human pyramid at the top. To our
surprise, you can leave a menorah overnight on campus without any damage.
Considering the activist enemies we have on campus, this is certainly a
blessing. To the gentiles, I thank you for respecting our holiday traditions,
and I feel the same towards your Christmas.
Art student Barry Wald lights the menorah.

Throughout the year, Chabad had a series of lectures related to the upcoming
Jewish holiday or weekly Torah chapter.

Sitting in the front on the right is one of the club's leaders, Avi Salem. In
the green shirt is CCNY Hillel leader Elina Kholdarova. On the left are some of
our snacks. The olives come from Israel.
The indoor Chanukah in the Student Lounge:

In the green shirt is architecture student Larisa Tochinskaya- our events are so
good, even the perpetually busy architecture students show up!

Kedmi's Palestinian counterpart is a student in Chicago and a resident of
Ramallah, Aya Hijazi. The slide on the left shows a
One Voice
petition being distributed in a Palestinian diner.
