Here are some photos from my internship experience up in Albany.
In the red jacket is Professor Helen Desfosses. Not only is she knowledgeable in state government, but she has the same passion for local affairs, having served in the Albany City Council. On the right is Professor Dennis Smith of NYU. Don't bother looking for me, I'm somewhere in the crowd of 150 fellow interns.
Among the opportunities that the internship included was a chance for a photo-op with Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver (D-Manhattan) He would like to inform you that this photo should not be used as an endorsement of any campaigns I may be involved in.
