Albany's old Union Station, today it is a bank.

Biggest weather vane in America at SUNY Plaza, a replica of Henry Hudson's Half Moon ship.

Pastures/South Side

The Pastures neighborhood in southeastern Albany has some century-old street signage.

The original Beth Abraham-Jacob is now a church. The building dates to the 1850s.

A 19th century spaceship! This is an old merchant's mansion.

The curvy Wilbur Street.

WWII Memorial, built in 2002

My Favorite Portal

Outside the abandoned Elks Club on State Street.

One Final Oddity

A haunting Jesus billboard in the dark woods outside Albany. I've always wanted to give it the Krylon treatment. You can find it on Route 155, outside the city's western edge.
